Modern Literature & Culture Research Centre & Gallery

Taylor Ussher is an MA student in the Toronto Metropolitan University Fashion MA Program (2021-2023). With Dr. Gammel as her supervisor, Taylor’s major research paper, “A Study of Nostalgia, Fashion, and COVID-19,” explores the impact of the pandemic in The LOEWE x Spirited Away capsule collection of Winter 2022 and in Miu Miu’s Spring 2022 Ready-to-Wear collection. Specializing in Marketing Management, Taylor holds a BA in Commerce (with distinction, 2021) from the University of Guelph. She hopes to combine her love of fashion and marketing in future pursuits.
