We travel to Galway on the west coast, where Joyce's wife Nora Barnacle was born and raised. It's the more authentic Ireland and we travel along the picturesque coastal landscape with rugged ocean-swept vistas to one side and beautiful stone-fenced fields and omnipresent sheep on other. My favourite ones are those whose light-hickory woolen bodies are offset by walnut brown heads. We enjoy this final day, for tomorrow it's back to Toronto.
