Jasleen is a BA student (2021-2024) majoring in History and minoring in Philosophy at Toronto Metropolitan University. Passionate about community activism and decolonizing academia, her research explores the history of labour movements and their geopolitical impact. At the MLC, she applies her love of literary analysis to the Telling COVID-19 Stories project while learning about archival research and the mechanics of scholarly collaboration. Her career aspirations are to pursue Graduate studies and contribute to decolonial historical scholarship.
