A graduate student in Professional Communication at Ryerson University (2015 – 2016), Warsan Amin also holds an Honours Specialization degree in Philosophy from King’s University College at Western University. Her research interests include theories of orality and its impact on oral communication and knowledge preservation. With over one year experience in digital media strategy and execution, Warsan received the IABC gold quill award in 2016 for a digital communications strategy report and has now joined the MLC Social Media team. Warsan is thrilled to be a part of MLC’s community of innovative researchers that seek to push the envelope in the world of academia.
